VIP Entertainment Inc. is always looking for confident, professional, and reliable entertainers to join our established Massachusetts booking network. Since 1992, we have connected independent performers with private bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, and group events throughout the Greater Boston area and across New England. If you are interested in performing at private events with a legitimate, long-established agency, we want to hear from you.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply. No prior experience is required — we are happy to work with motivated individuals who are comfortable performing and willing to learn. Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude matter more than a performance resume. The private event format is learnable and we walk you through everything before your first booking.
Private event dancing is different from club work. Shows are performed for specific groups in a controlled private setting — a bachelor party in a South Boston apartment, a birthday celebration in a Cambridge rental house, a group event at a Seaport Airbnb. You know the group, you know the setting, and you have a driver present throughout the evening. That structure gives you significantly more control over your environment than club work allows.
We walk new dancers through the entire process before their first booking — what to expect, how timing works, how to read the room, and how to handle the private event format professionally. Many of our most consistent performers had no prior exotic dance experience when they started with us. What they had was the right attitude and willingness to learn.
All events booked through VIP Entertainment are legitimate pre-arranged group parties. We do not book one-on-one sessions. A professional driver accompanies every event — handling transportation, acting as security, and ensuring a safe environment for our dancers throughout the evening. You are never alone at an event and you always have immediate support available if anything feels wrong.
Before every booking, we screen the client and confirm the event details — location, group size, and setting — before any dancer is dispatched. Our goal is to send our performers into environments that are safe, organized, and worth their time. That screening process has been standard operating procedure for over 30 years.
VIP Entertainment does not take a percentage of your performance earnings. You keep 100% of what you make at the event — tips included. Our revenue comes from the booking fee paid by the client, not from taking a cut of your earnings. That model means our interests and your interests are aligned — the better the show, the better our reputation, and the more bookings we both get. It is a straightforward and fair arrangement that has worked for us since 1992.
